Stretching
I am a huge believer in stretching. I love what it does for the body. Cats do it every time they get up and so should we. It keeps tissue supple and fluid flowing. Here are some basics to get you started.
As well, the following website is a wealth of information on stretching. Please Check it out.

Back Stretches
Hip Stretches
The above exercise chart can also be used to work the hip area as well as decrease back tension.
Calf Stretches
There are two different muscles in the calf. It is important to stretch both! One with a straight leg and one with a bent leg.
Shoulders and Neck Stretches
Plantar Fasciitis Stretches
Foam Roller Fascial Stretching
The foam roller is a great way to get deep fascial stretching and break down scar tissue. Excellent for athletics.
